Carrying clean + minimal ingredients, the Tallow Chapstick is moisturizing, promotes healing, repairs damaged skin, holds anti-inflammatory properties + leaves the skin feeling nourished + calm. It’s perfectly creamy + doesn’t leave an oily residue. Use on lips, dry skin + irritations as needed. 

Find our Unscented + Seasonal Tallow Chapsticks available in shop as well. The unscented option is safe for baby skin, eczema, tattoos—it's the favorite for an all purpose balm. Seasonals are made with essential oils + smell like the seasons. 

Comes in an eco-friendly, biodegradable paper tube + both sizes are the same, doubling the size of a 'normal' chapstick at .3 oz. (Wide tubes are temporarily a little bigger at .4 oz or a little more.)

What Is Tallow?

Tallow carries many nutrients + vitamins that help improve overall skin + cell health. Beef tallow in particular is so similar to our skins sebum (oils that moisturize + protect the skin), saturated fats + vitamins, it actually activates a cellular response in the human skin. 

Tallow is made by rendering suet (the hard, white fat around the kidneys of an animal). Our tallow is sourced from family farms that raise organic, pasture-raised, grass-fed + finished beef.

It’s alright!

I like how this feels when I put it on, but it doesn’t seem to keep my lips moisturized for long. I will keep using it but might not purchase again!

In every way, I can echo the other glowing reviews. This tube will last! The eco friendly packaging stands the test of time and wear and will still be going strong when you finally finish your chapstick! I love the refreshing scent of the peppermint and how thick and soothing this one feels. Always a classic to have on hand.

Lasted Four Years!

I bought this in the spring of 2021 and it’s been incredible. Just this morning I rubbed the last of it off the bottom of the cardboard tube. I’ve taken it everywhere — sometimes leaving it in winter coat pockets for a while, sometimes sitting on it and being impressed at how it never bent at all, other times using it for my face on the go. I adore this product and I’m so thankful to have it! Hopefully it’s still available in another four years. :) The circular part of the lid starting falling off in the winter of ‘24, but honestly I’m amazed it didn’t happen before then. (It was an easy fix with some super glue.) For about $0.17 a month this is really a fantastic purchase. THANK YOU for making this!

Gets stolen from me all the time

My kids steal this from my purse all the time. They love the clean moisture it provides. I feel like it makes my lips look a little more full, but that could just be me.
