Comes in an eco-friendly, biodegradable paper tube + both sizes are the same, doubling the size of a 'normal' chapstick at .3 oz. (Wide tubes are temporarily a little bigger at .4 oz or a little more.)

What Is Tallow?

Tallow carries many nutrients + vitamins that help improve overall skin + cell health. Beef tallow in particular is so similar to our skins sebum (oils that moisturize + protect the skin), saturated fats + vitamins, it actually activates a cellular response in the human skin. 

Tallow is made by rendering suet (the hard, white fat around the kidneys of an animal). Our tallow is sourced from family farms that raise organic, pasture-raised, grass-fed + finished beef.

My favorite!

This has been my favorite lip balm for about two years now. It’s smooth, there is an unscented option, and the ingredients haven’t triggered my dermatitis. The only drawback at the moment is that the inner lining of the container seems to be of lesser quality than those holding previous balms. I know it’s likely an issue with the company producing them, but thought it was of note. The new packaging is also harder to close due to the internal paper lining ripping. Thus, I removed a star due to the packaging.

The best tallow chapstick I’ve tried yet! The only one I’ll use now and even use for my family. I love to use as a stocking stuffer for my kiddos and husband for the holidays.
